Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the Crocodile CV Service. We may make changes to these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above indicates when these Terms were last changed. If we make material changes, we will provide notice, such as by sending an email or displaying a notice within the Crocodile CV Service. Unless we say otherwise, amended Terms are effective immediately, and your continued use of the Crocodile CV Service after notice confirms your acceptance of the changes.

2. The Crocodile CV Service

Crocodile CV is a resume and CV building platform that helps you create, edit, and export resumes, cover letters, and audio resumes, including AI-assisted bullet rewrites and premium layouts. The Crocodile CV Service is a drafting and formatting tool only. It does not review candidates, verify credentials, or guarantee that any resume or audio resume you create will lead to interviews, offers, or employment.

3. Eligibility

The Crocodile CV Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract. By creating an account or otherwise accessing the Crocodile CV Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you use the Crocodile CV Service on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that entity’s behalf, and “you” will refer to both you and that entity.

4. Accounts

You must create an account to use most features of the Crocodile CV Service. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions, Fees, and Billing

Certain features of the Crocodile CV Service require a paid subscription (a “Subscription Plan”). Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the applicable subscription fees on a recurring basis (typically monthly) until you cancel. Subscription Plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your account settings.

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we expressly state at the time of purchase. We may change subscription pricing or plan features on a going-forward basis by providing notice before your next renewal; continued use of the Crocodile CV Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. If a payment cannot be processed, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved.

6. Free Plan, Usage Limits, and Audio Credits

Free accounts are limited to a set number of resume exports per month, and free exports include a watermarked PDF. Pro subscriptions unlock unlimited exports, premium templates, and AI features such as bullet rewrites and PDF import parsing. Audio resume credits are sold separately as a one-time purchase and are non-refundable once an audio resume has been generated or consumed. We may change free-plan limits and pricing at any time.

7. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights in the resumes, cover letters, audio recordings, work history, and other information you submit to the Crocodile CV Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, and process Your Content solely as necessary to provide and maintain the Crocodile CV Service, including submitting relevant inputs to third-party AI models to generate rewrites, layouts, or audio narration on your behalf. You represent that all information in Your Content is accurate and that you have the rights necessary to submit it, including any voice recordings used to create audio resumes.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Crocodile CV Service to fabricate credentials, employment history, or qualifications you do not have; (b) impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity in a resume, cover letter, or audio resume; (c) attempt to access another user’s account or data without authorization; (d) upload viruses or malicious code; (e) reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Crocodile CV Service or its infrastructure; or (f) resell or provide access to the Crocodile CV Service to third parties without our written consent.

9. No Guarantee of Employment Outcomes

Crocodile CV provides AI-assisted resume, cover letter, and audio resume drafting tools. We do not guarantee interview invitations, job offers, hiring decisions, or any other employment outcome. AI-generated bullet rewrites and suggestions may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed carefully before use. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information in any resume, cover letter, or audio resume you create, export, or submit to employers or recruiters, and Crocodile CV is not responsible for how third parties evaluate or act on your materials.

10. Intellectual Property; Limited License

The Crocodile CV Service, including its software, design, templates, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Nulia.US Corp. or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Crocodile CV Service for your own personal, non-commercial job search purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

11. Third-Party Services

The Crocodile CV Service relies on third-party providers, including artificial intelligence model providers used to generate bullet rewrites and audio narration, Stripe for payment processing, PDF generation and parsing services, and email delivery providers. We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, performance, or errors. Your use of any linked third-party service is subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

12. Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Crocodile CV Service, you agree that we may use and exploit that feedback for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without any obligation or compensation to you.

13. Disclaimers

THE CROCODILE CV SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY AI-GENERATED REWRITES OR AUDIO NARRATION, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY OUTPUT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR JOB SEARCH, OR THAT THE CROCODILE CV SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. YOU USE THE CROCODILE CV SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NULIA.US CORP. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE CROCODILE CV SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE CROCODILE CV SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE SUBSCRIPTION AND AUDIO CREDIT FEES YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THEM MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nulia.US Corp. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Crocodile CV Service; (b) Your Content, including any inaccurate or fabricated information in a resume, cover letter, or audio resume; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.

16. Term and Termination

You may stop using the Crocodile CV Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Crocodile CV Service, in whole or in part, at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Crocodile CV Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Crocodile CV Service will be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court. YOU AND NULIA. US CORP. EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. You may opt out of this arbitration provision within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing us through our contact page. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, the state and federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to venue there.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Crocodile CV Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Nulia.US Corp. regarding the Crocodile CV Service and supersede any prior agreements. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms without restriction. Communications and transactions between us may be conducted electronically.
